Universal Orlando Resort has debuted its first-ever customer service team dedicated exclusively to travel agents.
The all-new resources include a dedicated call center team, a responsive text message service and a live online chat feature, in addition to the existing tools available to travel agents.
The new options include:
Call Center Team: This team is dedicated to assisting travel agent partners with bookings and questions about products at Universal Orlando. Travel agents can contact the team today by calling: 1-800-224-3838.
Live Online Chat: travel agents can now access a representative via a mobile-friendly chat feature on VAXVacationAccess.com, Universal Orlando’s travel agent vacation package booking website. Agents can chat real-time with a representative as they navigate the booking engine. Representatives are available to answer any questions, discuss pricing, offer suggestions on vacation package options, and more.
Text Message Service: another communication capability now available to travel agents is the ability to text a representative once payment of their client’s vacation package has processed, providing timely answers to simple or last minute questions. When final payment is applied, travel agents will receive a code enabling the text message service.
